Job Purpose
This role supports the company’s ability to tender effectively for government business, keep price files accurate and up‑to‑date, and apply for Single Exit Price increases under Government Notices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Department of Health managers, depot managers and other key public health stakeholders.
- Identify and implement ways to improve customer service levels.
- Handle interactions that meet Department of Health reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the price file, ensuring it is current.
- Maintain log fee and data fee profiles.
- Represent Adcock Ingram at national, provincial and district customer events.
- Resolve customer issues in an efficient and constructive manner.
- Always act in line with Adcock Ingram’s values when dealing with customers.
What We Look For
- BCom in Accounting or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in tender management processes.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the public health environment.
- Experience in managing public‑sector territories is a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
