About the Job
We’re looking for two Marketing Assistants to join our team in Cape Town. There are two specializations you can choose from:
Option 1: PR & Brand
If you enjoy brand buzz, launches, events and behind‑the‑scenes work, this role is for you. You’ll handle PR essentials—building PR lists, scheduling, keeping minutes, organising samples and general day‑to‑day admin. You’ll also support event planning, photo shoots and urgent last‑minute needs. Additionally, you’ll help with gifting, product pulls and courier runs.
Option 2: Clothing, Footwear & Essentials (CFE)
If fashion and product campaigns excite you, join our CFE team. You’ll coordinate samples, products and tracking sheets; manage couriering and general admin. You’ll take part in campaign logistics, supplier coordination, shoot prep, merchandising handovers, and in‑store marketing tasks.
Qualifications
- Matric (essential)
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in retail, marketing or an agency setting.
