Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, customer-oriented, and dynamic Retail Floor Assistant to join our team in Germiston. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our in-store retail operations, providing excellent service to our customers, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Addressing customer inquiries and helping them find the correct products.
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers.
• Promoting the sale of goods within the store.
• Collaborating with team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized, in line with company policy.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and excellent stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
