Job Summary
Use your degree to start a career as a Financial Adviser. You will learn how to help people achieve their financial goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Participate fully in workplace activities aligned with your development objectives.
- Attend all training sessions and engage actively.
- Support customers and the team to maintain performance standards.
- Complete required administrative tasks, tracking and reporting.
- Actively pursue leads to meet sales targets and productivity measures.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow scripts, and adhere to compliance.
Skills & Competencies
FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements (Advice and Intermediary Service) – FSCA‑Approved Qualification, Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5). Product Specific Training, Class of Business Training, Continuous Professional Development, honesty, integrity and good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
FSCA‑approved qualification and RE5 experience is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting (required).
- National Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12) (required).
