Job Summary

As a Learnership Sales Agent, you will participate in our learning programme to maximise personal and organisational development. Your main tasks include executing training objectives, providing customer support, and achieving sales targets in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled training and development sessions.
• Provide administrative support and complete required documentation.
• Work leads efficiently to hit strike‑rate and minimum talk‑time targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Follow prescribed scripts to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Adhere to FAIS Fit and Proper requirements, including FSCA‑Approved Qualification and Regulatory Exams.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma, or National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12), required.

Regulatory Requirements: FAIS Fit and Proper, FSCA‑Approved Qualification (RE5), product specific training, Class of Business training, continuous professional development, commitment to honesty and integrity.
