Job Summary
You will join our DevOps team, working closely with data and engineering colleagues to gather requirements, design data solutions, and test them. Your focus will be on turning business questions into clear data stories that support decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Discuss data needs with business stakeholders and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for various business units.
- Clean, manipulate and analyse data to uncover insights.
- Create basic and advanced visualisations to communicate findings.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by applying best practices.
- Lead projects to deliver high‑quality results on time and within expectations.
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and PySpark.
- Excellent SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience in Databricks is an advantage.
- Ability to create visualisations in Databricks and/or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Jira (project tracking) and GitHub (version control).

- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
- Meet deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
Team Structure
You will be part of the data team, collaborating with marketing, finance, and product development teams to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
Project Examples
- Translate stakeholder challenges into data‑driven solutions.
- Analyse data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports for different business units.
- Work with data engineers and data scientists on pipelines and machine‑learning models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a data‑related role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education
BA/BS in Information Technology or a related discipline.
