Grants Administrator (Grants Administration X2 Positions)
Salary Level: 05
Salary Range: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in a relevant field as recognized by SAQA
- Computer literacy is essential
Added Advantages:

- Administrative or clerical experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of social grants at the local office level
- Screen all grant applications effectively and efficiently
- Capture applications accurately on the system
- Provide excellent customer care and manage off-site grant application processes
- Process various grant documentation and perform additional grants administration functions
- Conduct quality control checks on grant applications
- Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
Employment Equity Preferences
Port Nolloth Local Office: Preference will be given to African males, followed by Coloured males, White males, and Indian males respectively.
Kakamas Local Office: Preference will be given to African females, followed by African males respectively.
