Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit Security Officers (Grade C, B, or A) to join our Phillipi Branch team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining security protocols, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional service in hospitality and residential estate environments.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Grade 10 education
• Valid Grade C, B, or A security accreditation and registration
• Minimum 2 years experience in the security industry
• Proven experience in hospitality/residential estates security (MUST HAVE)
• Clean criminal record – willing to undergo regular criminal checks
• Physical fitness to perform security duties effectively
• Residence in or near the Phillipi area

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas
• Monitor and control entrance/exit points
• Complete comprehensive incident reports and maintain accurate registers
• Implement safeguarding measures to protect people and property
• Perform standard security duties as per training protocols
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times
