Fidelity Services Group – Learnership Security Officer
Fidelity Services Group is seeking motivated, enthusiastic young people to join our team as Learnership Security Officers. This program is designed to give you hands‑on training in security operations, including monitoring, patrolling, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras and alarms to spot suspicious activity.
- Patrol assigned areas to maintain the safety of premises, employees, and visitors.
- Report any security breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Assist employees and visitors who need help.
- Complete all required training and coursework as part of the learnership.
- Follow company policies and procedures to keep a safe environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Psira certificate, grade C or higher.
- Minimum Grade 10 completion.
- Previous UIF contributions.
- Young applicants are prioritized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and participate in structured training.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Successful background check and drug test.
