Job Summary

Join the Curio Lagos Airport Hotel, part of the prestigious Hilton Curio Collection, as a Safety and Security Driver (Spy Police). This position plays a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient transportation for guests, VIPs, and team members, while also supporting the hotel’s security operations.

As a professional driver with law enforcement experience, you’ll provide secure transfers, assist with guest arrivals, and help maintain a high level of safety and hospitality throughout the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, VIPs, and visitors upon arrival
• Provide safe, efficient, and discreet transportation to and from designated destinations
• Maintain regular contact with repeat guests and VIPs to enhance their stay experience
• Ensure all hotel vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and compliant with safety standards
• Support the hotel’s security team by assisting in guest protection, patrol duties, and emergency response procedures
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and vehicle logs
• Stay informed about local routes, attractions, and current events to assist guests effectively
• Adhere to all Hilton security, fire, and health & safety regulations
• Always project professionalism and uphold Hilton’s high standards of service

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or a related industry
• Must be a registered Spy Police Officer
• Clean driving licence and excellent driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, courteous, and discreet under pressure
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes, landmarks, and security procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
