Key Requirements

  • Senior Certificate/National Vocational Certificate
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with health information systems preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate data capture from physical/electronic records
  • Daily data validation and quality checks
  • Generate weekly/monthly statistical reports
  • Maintain updated patient/service registers
  • Perform system backups and data security protocols
  • Support health facility administrative functions
