Key Requirements
- Senior Certificate/National Vocational Certificate
- Proficiency in computer literacy and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with health information systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data capture from physical/electronic records
- Daily data validation and quality checks
- Generate weekly/monthly statistical reports
- Maintain updated patient/service registers
- Perform system backups and data security protocols
- Support health facility administrative functions
