Base salary: R227 508 – R315 984 per annum
Full cost to company: R322 542 – R435 155 per annum

Job Purpose
The Relations Officer will manage access control, allocate residents and maintain the cleanliness of the hostel. This role is essential in ensuring that residents are safely admitted, monitored and supported throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Grade 10 education or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a human settlements environment
- Physically fit and healthy to perform duties on site
- Must undergo a criminal record check and be willing to provide fingerprints (at own cost)
Key Duties
- Control entry and manage physical allocations of residents
- Conduct patrols and enforce hostel by‑laws
- Report maintenance faults promptly
- liaise with residents, families and relevant stakeholders
- Supervise general workers and oversee resident activities
