Key Responsibilities

  • Process new customer account applications efficiently and accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email within service level agreements
  • Verify employment details and personal information for account validation
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records across multiple debtor systems
  • Review financial documents for creditworthiness assessments
  • Resolve application discrepancies through proactive customer communication
  • Ensure strict compliance with data protection regulations (POPI Act)

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Essential: Matric/Grade 12 certificate
  • 1+ years experience in financial services call center environment
  • Working knowledge of National Credit Act and CPA regulations
  • Proven ability to analyze financial documentation
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented work approach
