Bidvest International Logistics – YES Programme 2025–2026

Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) invites unemployed South African youth, aged 18–34, to apply for our nationally‑wide Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme. In partnership with the government, the programme delivers workplace exposure, practical skills and industry experience across our warehousing and transport divisions.

About the YES Programme

The YES Programme is a structured 12‑month learning path that combines 25 theory and practical modules with hands‑on work experience at BIL facilities across South Africa. Participants build employability skills, industry knowledge and foundational logistics capabilities.

Available YES Programme Locations (2025–2026)

KwaZulu‑Natal

  • Durban Mobeni – Warehousing (Runway Park Chemicals)
  • Durban Jacobs – Transport (Super Terminal Jacobs)

Gauteng

  • Bonaero Park, Kempton Park – Warehousing (Logistics Park Unit 2)
  • Rosslyn, Pretoria – Warehousing (Rosslyn Automotive)

Eastern Cape

  • Port Elizabeth – Transport (Port Elizabeth Office)

Closing Dates

  • 18 November 2025 – KwaZulu‑Natal and Eastern Cape openings
  • 21 November 2025 – Gauteng openings (Bonaero Park, Rosslyn)

Minimum Qualifications & Entry Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • South African citizen
  • Age 18–34
  • Unemployed and available for full‑time work for 12 months
  • Not enrolled in studies during the 2025/2026 programme period (unless stated otherwise for the site)
  • Not previously a YES Programme participant
  • Must meet the Employment Equity (EE) requirements of the Programme
  • Valid Code 08 driver’s licence required for Bonaero Park and Rosslyn locations
  • Strong interest in transport and logistics

Programme Structure & Key Responsibilities

  • Commit to a full 12‑month YES Programme
  • Complete 25 modules covering theory and practice via the YES online platform
  • Submit a portfolio of evidence at programme completion

The programme is designed to build employability, industry knowledge, workplace readiness and foundational logistics skills.
