First National Bank (FNB), a division of FirstRand Group, seeks a dynamic Associate to join our Cape Town team. This full-time position focuses on optimizing customer relationships, driving sustainable growth, and maintaining operational excellence within our banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base through targeted acquisition initiatives
- Manage operational resources to achieve financial targets while maintaining compliance
- Lead team performance through coaching and skills development programs
- Conduct regular process reviews to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Resolve complex customer queries and maintain service standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative banking solutions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Candidate Profile
