Position Overview

Salary Range: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum plus benefits

1. Administration Clerk (Reference: 2025/74/GP)

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
Essential Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Document management expertise
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general clerical support services
  • Assist with supply chain management processes
  • Support personnel administration functions
  • Handle financial administration tasks

2. Administration Clerk – Court Recording (Reference: 2025/73/GP)

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
Essential Skills:
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of digital record systems
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage court recording equipment and proceedings
  • Maintain digital court records integrity
  • Process transcription requests
  • Update case management systems (ECMS/ICMS)
  • Prepare appeal and review documents
  • Assist in court operations coordination
