About the Learnership Opportunity
This 12-month learnership programme provides practical training in professional office administration, focusing on developing essential workplace skills in document management, financial administration, and operational support services. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic mining sector environment while completing accredited training components.
Key Learning Objectives
- Execute daily office administrative functions
- Process financial documents and maintain accurate records
- Manage office equipment and supply inventory
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements
- Implement health & safety protocols
- Provide client service support
- Develop digital literacy skills (MS Office Suite, email systems)
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12/NSC qualification (Mathematics/Business Studies preferred)
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
