About the Programme
Growthpoint, South Africa’s largest JSE‑listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is launching its 2026 Graduate Programme for aspiring Electrical Engineers. This 11‑month experience offers real responsibilities, innovative projects, and continuous learning across our portfolio of over 490 commercial, retail, and industrial properties in South Africa, Australia and Eastern Europe.

What You’ll Do
- Analyse and improve service delivery across the business.
- Prepare reports, briefings, articles and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of sector‑specific recommendations.
- Monitor progress of action plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and project groups.
- Contribute to wider business planning and strategic discussions.
Learning & Development
The journey includes a role‑specific learnership, mentorship from a Senior Manager and exposure to operations at off‑site locations for a broadened perspective.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome recent graduates passionate about engineering, sustainability and real‑estate innovation. No prior real‑estate experience is required – we provide the training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc Eng), Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BEngTech) in Electrical, Energy or Power Engineering.
- Postgraduate studies in Electrical, Energy or Power Engineering are also welcome.
