About Clicks Group

Click’s Centurion Distribution Centre is looking for dedicated Dispatch Clerks to join our team. In this role you will support daily operations, ensuring accurate goods-in, documentation, and efficient delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Goods In Transports (GIT) codes 6300, 2500, 2600, 2700, 1300 & 1400.
  • Follow up with local stores on overdue or un‑captured GITs and raise escalations when needed.
  • Monitor GITs alongside FarEye throughout the shift.
  • Ensure store deliveries comply with FarEye requirements.
  • Oversee scanner allocation – charge, track and return scanners.
  • Check scanning accuracy and print store documentation for hand‑over to CAP (10:00–15:00 and 19:00–23:00).
  • Complete green log sheets for all local stores.
  • Verify that all local store items are scanned and paperwork correct for the day’s picks.
  • Coordinate with consolidators to finalise local store work.
  • Double‑check CAP scanning and paperwork for second trips and cross‑docks.
  • Confirm trucks added to FarEye and track routing compliance using the live tracker.
  • Run hourly shunter report checks.
  • Update TradeCloud cross‑border documentation (Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini) daily.
  • Assist with loading stores onto scanners.
  • Perform final GIT reporting, rollover checks and RD management.
  • Process LM exceptions accurately on FarEye.
  • Report any stores delivered but not captured to the Night Shift Supervisor.
  • Load stores to Qwix for the remainder of the shift.
  • Complete five seal‑by‑seal QC checks per shift.
  • Update scanner control in Teams and link scanners to truck registrations as per FarEye planning.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
  • Certificate in Logistics, Administration or Supply Chain (desirable).

Experience

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in a distribution centre, warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Experience with scanning processes, GITs, dispatch documentation or routing systems.
  • Familiarity with FarEye, WMS or scanner systems is advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Computer literacy – Excel, Teams, email and WMS.
  • Understanding of GIT processes, invoice flow and delivery compliance.
  • Ability to operate scanning equipment and routing/dispatching systems.

Working Hours

Day Shift options: 07:00–16:30, 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–20:00.
