Boxer Superstores is inviting high‑potential graduates to join our Commercial Development Programme. The programme is a structured learning journey that will develop the next generation of retail leaders. It runs for 18‑24 months and begins on 1 March 2026. Applications close on 12 December 2025.

Programme Overview

This development journey is designed to transform graduates into commercially astute, technically proficient and operationally grounded professionals. It combines structured learning, rotations across key functions, hands‑on assignments and mentorship.

Learning Path

During the 18‑24 months you will complete 14 technical and strategic modules, including:

• ERP & Systems Mastery
• Finance & Administration
• Category & Promotions Management
• Data Analytics
• Supply Chain & Distribution Center Operations
• Store Immersion & Customer Insights
• Strategic Buyer Readiness

You will work on real commercial projects, receive mentorship from experienced leaders, and gain national‑level exposure. At the end of the programme you will receive a certification and may be considered for a permanent role within Boxer, subject to performance and business needs.

Participation in the programme does not guarantee permanent employment. Placement depends on your performance, demonstrated competency and current business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics or related fields.
• Matriculation with a minimum of 70% in Maths Core aggregate.
• Completed degree – incomplete qualifications are not considered.
• No more than two years of post‑degree work experience.
