Role Summary

You will join our Acquisitions team as a Customer Care Consultant, focusing on turning leads into firm prospects through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS. The job requires an ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and support a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow defined workflow procedures.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Filter acquisition leads to identify tangible prospects.
  • Convert existing and prospective customers.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Support other departments as needed.
