The Position

As a student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism, you will gain hands‑on experience in:

  • Supporting external reputation and brand visibility.
  • Engaging patients, partners, and the public.
  • Contributing to a purpose‑driven, innovation‑led pharmaceutical environment.

The Opportunity – Core Responsibilities

Public Relations and Media Support

  • Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners on campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage and track press visibility.
  • Draft and proofread media releases, event summaries, and thought‑leadership pieces.
  • Maintain leadership and company directory profiles to maximize marketing opportunities.

Digital Marketing and Social Media

  • Plan, compile, and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Assisted in developing social media strategies and content calendars.
  • Respond professionally to social media inquiries.
  • Track digital performance analytics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Capture and curate visual content (photos, short videos, infographics).

Website and Online Content Management

  • Publish and update website content such as articles, announcements, and leadership profiles.
  • Ensure content is accurate, timely, and compliant with branding and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source and develop new online content.

Events, Branding, and Special Projects

  • Support coordination and promotion of public events, media briefings, and campaigns.
  • Help execute corporate branding initiatives and maintain visual consistency.
  • Assist in marketing milestones, partnerships, and corporate achievements.
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance external communication visibility.

Administration and Reporting

  • Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks within the communications team.
  • Prepare monthly communication reports summarizing digital analytics and PR activities.
  • Maintain boilerplates, milestone trackers, and content libraries.
  • Act as a backup for collateral distribution and invoice processing.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and digital communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of media monitoring and analytics tools is a plus.
  • A creative, organized, and proactive mindset with a genuine interest in healthcare and corporate reputation management.
