About the Job

Join our Software Engineering team and kick‑start a fast‑paced career in IT transformation. You will work on projects ranging from new product development to technology modernisation, quality engineering and application support. Our agile approach lets you co‑deliver critical architecture and software solutions across all stages of the application lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a Consultant in the Software Engineering Practice.
  • Deliver projects to a wide variety of clients in many sectors.
  • Rotate through roles such as Software Engineer, Tester, DevOps Engineer, Analyst, Cloud Platform Engineer and more.
  • Take advantage of the Skills Lab, which offers continuous up‑skilling and the chance to explore new technology areas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum overall grade of 60 %.
  • Eligibility to work in South Africa.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work within a team.
  • Strong interest and desire to pursue a career in technology.
  • Commitment to at least two years of employment with FDM.
  • Willingness to travel and accept client assignments across South Africa.
