Job Purpose
Provide administrative support to the Humansdorp livestock team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate administrative processes.
- Capture and distribute invoices and credit notes.
- Administer auctions and reconcile auction data.
- Keep detailed records of client lists.
- Prepare and manage auction programmes.
- Implement amendments to auction schedules.
- Perform receptionist duties where necessary.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a National Diploma in Business Administration (N6) or equivalent.
- Seeking experiential training to obtain a diploma.
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English.
- Valid driver’s licence.
