Job Purpose
Maintain student records, oversee assessment processes, manage data entry, and support all academic functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Document operating procedures and resolve queries.
- Capture data and manage documents efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties and set up assessment cycles.
- Manage the storeroom and archive material.
- Support the Academic team to meet deadlines and resolve student queries on time.
- Participate in campus activities such as registration, orientation, open days, and audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration (NQF Level 6).
- 1–2 years of administrative and client‑service experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in an educational institution.
- Proficient in MS Office.
