Tracker Connect has been South Africa’s leading vehicle tracking company since the 1990s. We provide innovative tracking solutions and excellent customer service. We are looking for sales agents to join our Acquisitions Call Centre.

Role Overview

The Acquisitions Agent drives sales and converts leads. You will promote Tracker products to existing and new customers, follow up on leads, manage inbound and outbound calls, and handle queries and complaints. You will also upsell value‑added services and gather customer referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales and lead‑conversion targets.
  • Market Tracker products to existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding leads and respond to customer queries.
  • Make outbound calls and engage inbound callers.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of products, services, and systems.
  • Negotiate product and service adjustments to meet customer needs and keep pricing aligned with Tracker’s strategy.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Sell value‑added services and upsell Tracker products.
  • Solicit referrals from new customers.
  • Supply feedback to intermediaries, management, and other departments on lead status.
  • Ensure quality benchmarks and sales metrics are achieved.
  • Manage time and workload to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Display behaviour aligned with Tracker’s culture and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Handle contract administration and daily performance reporting.
  • Schedule and reschedule Tracker unit fit‑ments.
  • Maintain high‑quality scheduling and manage any cancellations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (high school diploma).
  • 1–2 years of previous call‑centre experience in a sales environment (essential).
  • RE 5.120 FAIS credits – advantageous.
  • Basic or intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel.
