About the Role
The Client Liaison Officer is a key member of Hollywoodbets’ Purple Team, working to grow and nurture VIP customer relationships across racing, soccer, and other sports betting markets. The role focuses on customer retention, increased betting activity, and strengthening the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify core VIP customers and assess their betting behavior.
- Design and implement retention strategies to increase betting activity and customer satisfaction.
- Grow the VIP customer base and build long‑term relationships.
- Coordinate and attend VIP events that match customer profiles.
- Track strategy effectiveness, report results, and demonstrate return on investment.
- Meet financial and growth targets related to VIP betting activity.
- Perform any related duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a management role.
- Account management background.
- Experience in the betting or sports‑gaming industry.
- Valid driver’s licence.
