Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized Product Support Agent to help our consumer and corporate clients with the health and performance of Tracker units. The role involves answering calls, solving technical issues, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails about product support for TomTom, Empower, Skygistics, and Skytrax devices.
• Assist new and existing users after installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, branch offices, consultants, and fitment departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data.
• Communicate with the Cancellation department when customers request cancellations.
• Perform general office tasks such as pulling reports, handling investigations, roaming and login/reset password requests.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create, allocate, and follow up on service requests.
• Handle complaints received by phone or email.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by your line manager.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts on the telephony system.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• At least one year of call centre experience.
• Comfortable using MS Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Basic understanding of telematics, telecommunications, GSM and satellite communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership and problem‑solving attitude.
• Knowledge of Tracker TMS, CRM, CDS, Skytrax Web, and Skytrax Sales Support is a plus.
