Key Responsibilities
- Record daily quality results on spreadsheets (QC packs).
- Sample products for quality and food‑safety verification.
- Process invoices for Laserfische.
- Maintain traceability records including bin cards.
- Inspect raw materials and complete supplier monitoring records on the system.
- Log non‑conformances on the system.
- Collect product samples and send them to external microbiology labs.
- Verify and approve weekend cleaning.
- Sample and courier Environmental Monitoring Programme samples to external labs.
- Collect daily data for analysis.
- Perform general housekeeping and office duties.
- Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
- Comply with hygiene, health and safety requirements of the factory.
- Carry out ad‑hoc tasks.
- Complete records as instructed.
