Programme Overview

The Engineering Graduate Programme is your launchpad to a rewarding career in engineering within Nestlé. Over the course of the programme you will:

  • Gain hands‑on experience in product development, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain engineering.
  • Rotate through different business units to understand the full life‑cycle of our products.
  • Work in cross‑functional teams, collaborating with scientists, marketers, and operations specialists.
  • Develop leadership and project‑management skills through continuous training and coaching.
  • Contribute directly to projects that improve product quality, efficiency and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications: Degree or Honours in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field).
  • Academic excellence: Minimum 65% overall result.
  • English communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset: Excellent reasoning, numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Team spirit: Ability to work well in cross‑functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours.
  • Drive and self‑starter: Highly tenacious, self‑disciplined, service‑oriented and results‑focused.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand the goals, drivers and needs of others.

Key Responsibilities

During the programme you will:

  • Participate in the design, test, and optimisation of engineering projects.
  • Analyse data to identify process improvements and product enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies across production facilities.
  • Ensure engineering solutions meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and consultants as needed.
