Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Administrator to manage all administrative duties within our parts department. The successful candidate will support daily operations, participate in stock counts, handle cashier functions, process purchase orders and payments, and assist Parts Sales Consultants as needed.
- Undertake all administrative duties in the parts department or as assigned by management.
- Participate in scheduled stock counts – cycle counts, perpetual stock counts, etc.
- Perform cashier duties, including processing of purchase orders and customer payments following procedure.
- Assist Parts Sales Consultants when required.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
