Purpose Statement
Welcome clients, manage queue flow, deliver excellent client service, assist with ATMs and remote or self‑service channels. Gain knowledge, skills and experience in service consulting.
Experience Required
- Minimum: No experience required; must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal: Some client service experience in a retail/financial/banking environment.
Qualifications
Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational qualifications.
Preferred: Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal processes.
Knowledge
- Minimum: Basic calculations, engaging with people, clarity of own aspirations and a strong desire to learn.
- Ideal: Understanding of bank branch environments and Capitec products.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Must have fingerprints that can be detected on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
