Installation Support Agent

About the Role

Tracker South Africa is seeking an Installation Support Agent to join our head office team in Randburg. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and coordinating installation schedules in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Tracker’s services to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Administer contracts, provide feedback and prepare daily statistical reports.
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld under pressure.
• Schedule fitments of Tracker units and liaise with technicians.
• Reschedule appointments and monitor timely execution.
• Maintain high quality of scheduling and utilisation of technicians.
• Outsource work to fitment centres and manage cancellations.
• Handle all queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent with at least one year of contact centre experience.
• Computer literate with excellent typing skills for accurate data capture.
• Experience in a technically oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and telephone manners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with having all calls recorded.
• High self‑discipline and capability to work independently.
