About the Role

FNB South Africa is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee program. As a trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience across various business functions. You’ll attend meetings, shadow staff, and research topics that will help you create meaningful reports for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to learn core business processes.
  • Shadow colleagues in different departments to understand day‑to‑day operations.
  • Collect and analyse information to support project reports and presentations.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Plan and manage your learning tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives and contribute ideas that align with business goals.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate on projects to build skills and achieve career development.
  • Maintain an updated graduate development plan and complete training assignments on time.
  • Demonstrate FNB values through your actions and decisions.
