Job Overview
Citi South Africa is looking for fresh graduates to join the Year‑Long Learnership Programme in the Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) department. This programme will help you transition from academic study to a professional environment, giving you the knowledge, training and hands‑on experience you need to succeed in a long‑term banking career.
If selected, you will undergo a rigorous interview process and, on success, be placed in TTS where you will work on real projects, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation for your future career.
