About the Role
The role is to help the branch meet its targets by providing efficient and professional customer service. All tasks must follow company quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customer check‑in and check‑out transactions.
- Make, amend, cancel and monitor reservations.
- Answer customer queries and offer excellent service.
- Perform general office duties such as recording fuel, VRV’s, overdue rentals, etc.
- Ensure vehicles and company property are secure and meet quality standards.
- Identify and report expired licences, due service and other issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe branch environment.
- Carry out other tasks as requested.
Minimum Experience
At least two years in front‑office or customer‑service roles.
Qualifications
NQF Level 4 (matric or equivalent).
Additional Requirements
- Code 8 driver’s licence with one year of driving experience.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work overtime, shifts and weekends when needed.
