About the Job

Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) is looking for unemployed South African graduates 18‑35 to join a two‑year graduate development program. The course provides institutional training and real‑world experience across various TFR functions. Each candidate is mentored for 24 months, with progress reviews every six months to ensure the program meets your expectations.

This unique opportunity is targeted at graduates from universities, universities of technology, and TVET colleges with a Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• South African citizenship.
