About the job

We need a Table Sorter to keep our production line running smoothly and ensure product quality. You will sort and code quality defects, maintain clear records, and help keep the environment safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and recode quality defects quickly and accurately.
• Fill out QC documents and record can codes and labels correctly.
• Support safety protocols by wearing PPE and following Tiger Brands policies.
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with GMP.
• Prevent rework and reduce waste.
• Alert your manager to any deviations or non‑conformances.
• Assist with cleaning the station before and after maintenance.
• Pass on detailed hand‑over information to the next shift.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Matric or Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science, or an RPL, or 3 years tertiary education (NQF 6).
• About 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Ability to work safely and follow HACCP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
