Job Summary

We are looking for a tech‑savvy retail professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. Your role will be to create memorable experiences for every customer, ensuring they gain hands‑on exposure to the latest Apple technology and services.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and maximize sales opportunities in the iStore.
• Proactively approach customers, listen to their needs and present suitable Apple solutions.
• Provide expert advice on Apple products and services.
• Support the retail team to achieve store targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Keep current on new Apple product releases and updates.

Requirements

• Completed Matric / Senior Certificate.
• Any sales experience – retail background preferred.
• Passion for and knowledge of Apple products.
• Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
