Job Purpose
Your role will be to accurately pick and prepare stock in our warehouse, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. You will handle stock, complete picking slips, manage loading and contribute to a safe, orderly warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate picking and loading: Gather items, verify quantities, and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Safe handling and equipment operation: Use warehouse mobile handling equipment (MHE) and picking devices safely.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse neat, store cleaning equipment properly, and remove waste promptly.
- Stock count support: Prepare the warehouse for stock counts, isolate damaged goods, and assist with daily stock counts as requested.
- Timekeeping: Clock in and out accurately, minimise overtime, and report any lateness.
- Health and safety compliance: Follow all safety regulations and ISO requirements, maintain fire safety and accident prevention standards.
- Good handling practices: Ensure doors remain closed, keep glass‑free zones, and use proper loading techniques.
- Teamwork and self‑management: Take ownership of tasks, prioritise effectively, communicate issues, and support team targets.

Qualifications
- High school (Matric) completion.
Skills and Competencies
- Flexible and willing to work irregular hours.
- Clean, tidy, and punctual.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Resilience in cold and high‑pressure environments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness.
