Job Summary
This role is part of a structured learnership program aimed at developing technical skills and operational expertise. The successful candidate will assist in planning and delivering services, support the team through training and administration, and develop a solid foundation in FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services) compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all workplace experience sessions and complete learning objectives.
- Participate in scheduled training and development programs.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to customers and colleagues to maintain high team performance.
- Carry out administrative tasks—tracking progress, reporting FAIS Fit & Proper Requirements, and completing required documentation.
- Pass the FAIS regulatory exams required for Representatives (RE5) and other product‑specific Training.
- Complete Class of Business Training once onboarded.
- Maintain ongoing professional development and uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and good standing.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma, or National Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12) – required.
- Strong interest in financial services and commitment to continuous learning.
