Job Overview

We are looking for an Artisan Assistant to support an electrician/maintenance technician with daily maintenance tasks and additional duties. This entry‑level role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and learning new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic electrical duties under supervision, using tools such as grinders, drills, and test meters.
• Clean cables and electrical equipment during daily maintenance.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety standards while completing worksheets and maintenance tasks.
• Deliver high‑quality work in a neat and organized manner.
• Participate in training programs to progress toward a formal qualification.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
• Strong mechanical and electrical experience in both fields.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Valid trade certificate is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
