About the Role
Mediclinic Group Services is looking for a motivated student to support the transformation of our business by implementing and maintaining HR systems across our three operating divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project implementation and support of HR system rollouts.
- Provide general administration and support for HR initiatives.
- Create, update and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Identify and conduct basic testing of SuccessFactors system configurations.
- Support ongoing systems usage and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality management initiatives.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferable in HR, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, Information Systems or related field).
- Strong computer literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desired Education
- Post‑graduate coursework or degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, Information Systems.
Experience
Essential: None
- Experience preferred: 1-2 years in an HR systems role.
