What You Will Do

  • Deliver a friendly and professional client service experience at our branches.
  • Handle client enquiries, document activities and outcomes, and keep records accurate.
  • Escalate complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers promptly.
  • Provide technical assistance on AVBOB Member Value products and services.
  • Build and maintain good client relationships by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
  • Maintain client records and document all procedures.
  • Use post‑service surveys to spot potential service concerns and take proactive steps.
  • Spot emerging trends in client services and advise the team on how to use them.
  • Recommend product improvements based on client feedback.

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Applicants should hold one of the following qualifications:

  • Financial Degree
  • Accounting or Economics Degree
  • BSc in Information Systems
  • Marketing Management Degree
  • Business Administration Degree

Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of data analytics
