About the Role
As a graduate intern, you will deliver excellent client service in our branch network. Your main duties will include:
- Providing a positive, professional experience for branch customers.
- Managing client inquiries and accurately documenting all activities.
- Escalating complex complaints or questions to supervisors and branch managers promptly.
- Offering technical assistance on AVBOB Member Value products and services.
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships through regular check‑ins and follow‑ups.
- Keeping client records up to date and following process standards.
- Using post‑service surveys to spot and report potential client concerns.
- Observing emerging client‑service trends and helping the team adapt.
- Recommending product or service improvements based on client feedback.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates from the following degree programmes:
- Financial Sciences
- Accounting or Economics
- BSc Information Systems
- Marketing Management
- Business Administration
Skills & Experience
- Data analytics knowledge
- Prior sales experience (advantageous)
- Customer service experience (advantageous)
