About the Role
We are inviting dynamic, motivated women to join our 12‑month apprenticeship programme in Warehouse Operations. As an apprentice, you will work side‑by‑side with experienced freight forwarding professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in a busy global warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks (or receive comprehensive training).
- Handle and process freight for air, ocean, and road transport.
- Apply standardised transport procedures and learn advanced end‑to‑end solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth freight flows.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices under mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
- Female, aged 18 to 35 years.
- South African citizen.
- Current residence in Johannesburg.
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
