About the Job

This position is part of FedEx’s Ground Operations team. You will support the complete cycle of package handling – from pickup and delivery (both domestic and international) to sorting and dispatch. You’ll work in station and hub locations, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and on time. Customer service and dispatch coordination are also key parts of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of parcels on local and international routes.
• Sorting, packing, and dispatching packages at station and hub sites.
• Maintaining accurate records of all movements and activities.
• Assisting customers with package inquiries and service questions.
• Ensuring all work is performed safely and meets time‑frame requirements.
