Stores Controller: Energy Workshop & Stores

Location: City of Ekurhuleni, eKurhuleni, Gauteng

Remuneration: R389,808.00 – R534,780.00 per year (basic salary plus benefits)

Assignment Type: Permanent

Minimum Requirements

• N4 Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
• Computer literacy
• Valid Code EB driver’s licence
• 3 years’ experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct and control store services and operational activities.
• Supervise and assist with material collection from the main store.
• Inspect tools and equipment for breakages or failures.
• Obtain quotations for repairs and replacements of tools and equipment.
• Maintain adequate stock for electrical repairs.
• Execute administrative and general duties to promote productivity and service delivery.
• Prepare tender specifications for required equipment, tools and services.
• Ensure financial administration processes comply with internal control and governance standards.
• Guarantee compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act at all times.
