About the Role

Senwes Ltd. is looking for an eCommerce Fulfilment Agent to manage and improve our marketplace operations, drive sales, and maintain high‑quality product listings across all of our eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management:
  • Oversee order fulfilment on group and third‑party platforms such as Takealot, Amazon, and OneDayOnly.
  • Accept, pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently.
  • Monitor in‑warehouse stock levels and coordinate replenishment to keep items available.
  • Adjust pricing within approved limits to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
  • Handle marketplace communication, product enrichment, and resolve platform‑related issues.
  • Identify new listing opportunities and monitor competitor activity for better positioning.
  • Analyse shipping and logistics reports to optimise order profitability.
  • Support in‑store and warehouse pick‑and‑pack activities to achieve SLA compliance.
• Sales Acquisition & Customer Engagement:
  • Track abandoned carts and quote requests, then proactively contact leads to increase conversion.
  • Provide accurate product information and address customer enquiries promptly.
  • Negotiate bulk discounts and close deals using strategic sales tactics.
  • Analyse sales performance, spot trends, and recommend actions to improve conversion rates.
  • Survey and report on customer experiences.
• Product Enrichment & Optimisation:
  • Enrich new SKUs and ensure all product listings are complete and accurate.
  • Implement listing improvements, optimise product categorisation, and manage variants.
  • Set correct shipping profiles and product labels (e.g., click‑and‑collect, large items, online exclusives).
  • Explore and list new categories where the group can gain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• At least one year of relevant e‑commerce experience (preferred).

Qualifications

• Post‑matric qualification in Commerce, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
