About the Programme
This learnership programme is designed for individuals who are currently unemployed. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an NQF Level 3 certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Follow safety procedures and use hand tools properly.
- Participate in assembly and manufacturing tasks.
- Read and interpret drawings and markings.
- Assist with welding operations.
- Operate and monitor production machines.
- Prepare surfaces for further processing.
- Engage in fire‑fighting drills and emergency procedures.
- Support product operations and dispatch.
Qualifications & Experience
- National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6) in a relevant field.
- Matric or Technical Matric with Maths & Physical Science or Engineering Science.
- Background in Electrical Trade Theory, Mechanical Trade Theory, Motor Trade Theory, Mechanical Drawing, or Graphical Design is advantageous.
